Pension with hippotherapy

The subject of the diplom work was to prepare a detailed project documentation of the penzion with hippotherapy in Veseli nad Moravou. This is a document processing house with two floors and the building stables. The object of the pension are located accommodation rooms, dining room and especially apartment manager. The building is located 12 stables are housed boxes, feed stores and higienické facilities for guests.
Hotel with a gym

The subject of the diploma thesis is new stand-alone hotel with a catering service and a relaxation zone including a fitness room, a table tennis room, massages and a solarium. The individual functional parts are separated and can be operated independently of each other. The Building consists of three floors. The ground floor will serve to run a restaurant with a background and a for relaxation zone, the remaining two floors will be used to accommodate guests and the necessary facilities. The maximum capacity for the accommodation is 59 people and requires four employees to operate it. The restaurant is designed for 81 guests and a total of 7 employees. The relaxation part is for guests only and is not accessible to other people. The structure is based on strip foundations from plain concrete and reinforced concrete foundation footing. Peripheral vertical load-bearing structures of the first above-ground floor are designed from permanent formwork system, all others loadbearing walls will be walled-up from vertically perforated block laid on thin-film adhesive. The floor structures are designed as an assembly of prestressed hollow core slabs. Roofing of the building will be made as a flat vegetation roof.
Newly-built of hotel

The subject of the Diploma thesis was to design and prepare a documentation for the construction of a spa hotel. The building is situated in the village of Lipno nad Vltavou. This area is famous for a ski resort and the Lipno Dam which can be seen from the hotel. The hotel consists of three operating parts - spa, restaurant, accommodation and recreation area. The whole complex is designed as two rectangular plans. The spa part is a one-storey building with a flat green roof. The hotel with restaurant is a three-storey building with a pitched roof and metal roofing. The main entrance is oriented to the north. In front of the building there is a parking space for hotel guests. The spa structural system is a mix of a reinforced concrete frame with beam and a wall system made of clay blocks Porotherm. The hotel and restaurant is a wall structural system made of clay blocks Porotherm. The floor structure is designed as reinforced concrete slabs. The whole building is insulated to meet all the requirements of energy consumption of buildings.
Veterinary clinic

The aim of the master´s project is to provide designs for building permission for a nearly zero-energy veterinary clinic. It is a detached building with two aboveground floors. There are three clinics, one operating rooms, laboratory and staff facilities in the building. First part presents the design of building structure, The superstructure is based on strip foundations made of reinforced concrete in combination with pre-cast permanent formwork made of concrete blocks. The structural system is designed as a masonry system from clay masonry with columns from reinforced concrete. The external walls are load-bearing and covered with thermal insulation and ventilated facade. The floor and roof bearing structure is made of prefabricated concrete slabs. The building is covered with a warm flat green roof. Second part includes the design of building services as lighting, heating, heat recovery ventilation unit. These processes are together shown in a global scheme. Third part is focused on Life cycle assessment of three different flat roof assemblies to compare how they affect the environment. It uses a functional unit 1m2 of a flat roof to define parameters and show how big impact they have on the environment. The project was elaborated using Revit, AutoCad, Deksoft, Building design, GaBi a Lumion software.
The Design of Object Foundation

The aim of this work is to introduce the foundation of buildings and to make a closer approach to the issue of deep foundation, which is needed to replace the shallow foundation. The reason is a small carrying capacity or too big compressibility of foundation soil. The main point of this work is practical solution of concrete deep foundation and comparing results from a calculation program GEO 5 with results which we get without using the calculation program.

The library is located on the outskirts of the village Jiříkovice on a flat plot. The building is designed as a detached building with an underground floor and two above-ground floors. The individual floors are connected by staircases and a lift. The above-ground part of the building contains library, office part and café. The underground part of the building contains archive, stores and technical facilities. The structural system of a building is designed from cast-in-place concrete frame with filling from ceramic blocks. Horizontal structural system is from cast-in-place reinforced concrete point-supported slabs. Part of facade is from wood and part is with contact thermal insulation system with mineral wool insulation. Roof construction is designed as flat green roof.
